My goals changed throughout my time with WAG. Initially, I wanted to lose excess body fat and look as good as I thought I should for as much time I put in at the gym. After seeing how much control I really had over my composition, I then pivoted to my first ever building phase and focused on strength and mass. What I love about WAG is the personalization that comes with working with a coach one-on-one. Mitch totally understood my goals and delivered a plan that was specific for me. I have that busy life of being a mom of young active boys, working full-time, and fitting in social events and travel just like the rest of the world. He met me where I was and gave targets that were reasonable and attainable. I experienced a lot of grace and nothing but encouragement from Mitch, yet keeping me accountable and offering numerous strategies to dig myself out when I would slip. I left every check-in excited to face my week.
