This has been one of my favorite journeys thus far. Olivia came to me a little lost on what to do because she had been following macros on her own, but things weren’t working for her. So she was ready to make some changes. We started her journey with her following a Keto diet and intermittent fasting. After time, we found that intermittent fasting was no longer working for her; so, we worked on transitioning to eating throughout the day.
